Once you sign up, our team will get your account setup within 48 hours and we can start driving reviews as soon as you have your onboarding call - usually within 7 days of signing up. We like to move fast and get you results as soon as possible! 

No annual contract required! We are "FOR" the local business - and that includes not locking you into an annual agreement. We ask that all of our customers try it for 90 days to give it a chance to make a real impact but at the end of the day we believe in what we are doing and you should only continue if you are seeing the benefit in your business. 

We believe the best way to grow your lead volumes and long term value of your business is to drive online public reviews. Because that is most important, we recommend prioritizing public reviews above any internal surveys that give you internal feedback. 

If possible, we would recommend replacing your internal survey with our public review process and measuring your customer satisfaction based on your online ratings. This is where leading companies are moving. 

If you are in a situation where you cannot stop sending internal surveys, that is ok. We have lots of customers in franchises and other similar organizations that have to figure out how to both collect internal feedback such as an NPS score and also earn a public review. Our process accounts for this challenge and we can still drive great success for businesses with this challenge. 

Yes, all of our customers have a dedicated Customer Success Manager that is your primary contact for anything that you need help with. They will get your account setup, walk through the onboarding process with you, communicate through your first campaign, and be your support person if you have any questions or need advice / support.
