About the role
Get new customers live on pilot locations in days and scaled across their portfolio in weeks. You are the reason go-live feels effortless.
What you’ll do
- Lead hands-on implementation for new customers, from data connection to first review lift.
- Configure integrations across the operator’s existing stack (FSM, CRM, marketing tools).
- Train owners and field teams on the workflows that keep them live.
- Document repeatable playbooks that shorten every future go-live.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in implementation, onboarding, or technical support.
- Strong project sense — you keep timelines tight without dropping quality.
- Comfortable configuring software integrations and troubleshooting data.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with home services software (ServiceTitan, etc.).
- Experience running many parallel onboardings at once.
