About the role

Own a book of multi-location home services brands end to end — from kickoff through renewal — and be the operator-first partner behind every outcome.

What you’ll do

  • Own the relationship for a portfolio of multi-location and franchise accounts, from onboarding through renewal.
  • Build quarterly growth plans tied to each operator’s reputation and revenue goals.
  • Run business reviews with owners and executives, translating the Liftify Index into clear next moves.
  • Partner with Implementation and Product to get customers live fast and keep them growing.
  • Own retention and expansion for your book, spotting risk early and acting on it.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or operations — ideally in SaaS or home services.
  • A track record of owning outcomes, not tickets.
  • Comfort talking numbers with owners and executives.
  • Clear, plain-spoken communicator who follows through.

Nice to have

  • Background in the trades or multi-location operations.
  • Experience with reputation, marketing, or local search tools.
