Own a book of multi-location home services brands end to end — from kickoff through renewal — and be the operator-first partner behind every outcome.
What you’ll do
- Own the relationship for a portfolio of multi-location and franchise accounts, from onboarding through renewal.
- Build quarterly growth plans tied to each operator’s reputation and revenue goals.
- Run business reviews with owners and executives, translating the Liftify Index into clear next moves.
- Partner with Implementation and Product to get customers live fast and keep them growing.
- Own retention and expansion for your book, spotting risk early and acting on it.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or operations — ideally in SaaS or home services.
- A track record of owning outcomes, not tickets.
- Comfort talking numbers with owners and executives.
- Clear, plain-spoken communicator who follows through.
Nice to have
- Background in the trades or multi-location operations.
- Experience with reputation, marketing, or local search tools.
