Keep the internal systems humming. Administer, connect, and support the tools every team depends on to do their best work.
What you’ll do
- Administer core internal systems — access, configuration, and day-to-day upkeep.
- Support teammates with tooling questions, fixes, and onboarding.
- Help build and maintain integrations between internal systems.
- Document how things work so the whole team can move faster.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years administering or supporting business software/systems.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable configuring tools and troubleshooting integrations.
Nice to have
- Experience with automation or scripting.
- Familiarity with a modern SaaS operations stack.
