About the role
Own the internal systems and tooling the company runs on. Keep operations reliable, connected, and fast as Liftify scales.
What you’ll do
- Own the internal tooling and systems that keep the business running day to day.
- Design and automate the operational workflows across Customer, Sales, and Product.
- Integrate the internal stack so data flows cleanly between systems.
- Set standards for reliability, access, and process, and hold the team to them.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years in technical operations, revenue operations, or systems administration.
- Hands-on experience integrating and automating SaaS tools.
- A systems thinker who turns manual work into reliable process.
- Clear communicator who works across every team.
Nice to have
- Scripting or light development skills.
- Experience scaling operations in an early, fast-moving company.
