Meet Colin Riley: Bringing Entrepreneurial Spirit to Liftify

 

Colin Riley joins Liftify's team as the newest Account Executive, bringing a dynamic blend of entrepreneurial experience and strategic thinking. After years of building and scaling his own ventures in trading and e-commerce, Colin is channeling his business acumen into helping small businesses transform their online presence.

Personal Background

Colin's roots run deep in Indianapolis. He spent his childhood on the southside, with summers at his grandparents' place in rural Indiana. Even as a kid, Colin had hustle in his DNA—whether he was running a side business out of his school locker, building a lawn care operation, or flipping sneakers for profit, he was always looking for the next opportunity.

Today, Colin and his wife Grace, high school sweethearts who tied the knot three years ago, are navigating the adventure of parenthood with their two year old son, Reggie and awaiting their baby girl who will join them in May. Their household also includes Piper, a Bernedoodle who keeps everyone on their toes.

Outside the office, you'll find Colin on the basketball court or golf course, in the gym pushing through a workout, or diving into a good book. Faith is central to his life, and he makes time for spiritual growth alongside his professional pursuits. Colin is also deeply committed to giving back through his role as Campus President for High School Hustle, a nonprofit that empowers high schoolers to start their own businesses and develop entrepreneurial skills before graduation.

 

Professional Background (Before Liftify) 

After graduating from Covenant Christian High School, Colin headed to Liberty University but quickly realized the traditional path wasn't for him. One semester in, he made the bold decision to leave school and build something of his own.

Colin dove headfirst into financial markets, teaching himself to trade indices, currencies, and commodities—disciplines he still practices today. By 20, he had expanded into the online consumer products world, where he built and operated multiple businesses. From creating proprietary products to partnering with established brands, Colin learned what it takes to identify opportunities, build systems, and scale operations. These experiences shaped his approach to business: think big, move fast, and build the team that can execute the vision.
