Multi-Location Reputation Management: See Which Locations Are Slipping Before Revenue Does

Liftify · October 19, 2026 · 3 min read

Every day, your customers tell you how each location performed. Who showed up on time, who explained the price, who left the driveway clean, and who never called back. Most of that lands in reviews and surveys. And most companies read it as marketing: the rating, the count, where you rank.

That’s half the value. Reviews are a marketing asset, but they’re also the most honest operating report you get, written by the people who paid for the work.

Why the location matters more right now

Google is moving Local Services Ads into Google Ads as a Performance Max campaign type, starting with selected US advertisers in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, and pest control (PPC Land, Oct 12, 2026). Name, address, and hours now sync from Google Business Profile, and Local Services Ads reviews sit under Google Maps review policies.

So the paid result and the free result now read from the same profile. And that profile belongs to a location, not to your brand.

A customer in one zip code never sees your brand average. They see the location that serves them. A strong average across 15 locations can hide two that are slipping, and those two are the ones losing calls.

Reading reviews as an operating report

The marketing view asks: how many reviews, what rating, where do we rank. The operating view asks what customers are saying about your crews, your communication, your scheduling, your follow-through. Whether it’s the same at every location or one keeps surfacing the same complaint. Whether it’s getting better or worse.

When sentiment slips at one location, the cause is usually specific. A new dispatcher. A crew chief who stopped explaining the work. A callback process that broke. Customers write it down, often weeks before it shows up in close rates or revenue. Most reporting is an autopsy that tells you what last quarter’s rating was. Reviews, read right, are a leading indicator.

Four questions to ask of every location

  1. Is feedback strong and consistent? A steady 4.7 tells you more than a location that swings between great months and bad ones.
  2. Is sentiment slipping? Watch the trend, not the lifetime average. A lifetime 4.8 can hide a rough quarter.
  3. Are reviews current? Customers read recent reviews first, and so do the systems deciding who shows up. One analysis of plumbing contractors found a profile with 25 reviews from the last six months consistently outperforms one with 60 reviews from three years ago. A location with nothing new in two months looks quiet in search, in the map pack, and in AI.
  4. Is anyone answering? Replies are public. Track response rate by location so you catch the one that went quiet.

Then the question that matters most: what’s the next step, and who owns it?

What’s new in Liftify: Command Center and Location Intelligence

We just launched two features built around that operating view.

Command Center is now your home page in Liftify. One view of total account performance and health: review and survey trends across your whole business, every location measured the same way, so you can compare markets without normalizing five different reports.

Location Intelligence gives you the same view, location by location. See which locations are earning strong, consistent feedback, where sentiment is slipping, and what step to take next to raise the standard.

Several of us ran home services businesses before we built software for them, and a few of us were Liftify customers before we worked here. That shaped what made it onto the screen and what stayed off it. Everything you see is there because an operator would act on it.

This is the first step. Customers are already telling us what works, what’s missing, and what would make their day easier, and that will shape what comes next.

How it fits the trust layer

Liftify is the trust layer for home services. Operations platforms help run the business. Liftify makes customers choose it.

ReviewPro earns and answers reviews at every location. ExperiencePro catches a bad day before it becomes the review. Command Center is where you see all of it working, and Location Intelligence shows you where to step in.

More reviews. Better visibility. Be the name they call first, in every market you serve.
